I was watching Final Fantasy 7 : Advent Children and I'm really confused as to why Sephiroth has one wing and not two.

5 years before the FFVII game...Hojo made one pair of magical wings.....they were supose to be given as a reword to the winner of the greatest fight in the olimpic games of midgard
but that year...shin-re had problems to chose who was the winnre ...becouse bouth cloud and sephiroth had the same scors.....so rufius gave one wing to each one of them to avoid problems...
that worked for 5 years...till one day...sephiroth and cloud were in a misson in the nbulhim mako reactor ...and when the 2 were alone... cloud said to sephiroth... "hey...my wing is better than yours because it's the right one...and your's is the left"....and that pissed off sephiroth and became sa bad...and it was the bigening of FFVII

well i think it has something to do with this soldier called 'G'
apparently he has a wing on the other side of him.
If you have the Game FF7 Dirge of Cerberus for the Ps2 you can fight him if you collect the hidden 'G' reports in the game.
I haven't done this and i probably should but i remember reading some stuff about it.
Don't Buy FF7 DOC, just rent it.

because for some strange reason Cloud and Sephiroth are one half of the same stone. if you played KH and KH 2 you would understand a bit more on the concept.

Because in the end of the originial game, the team fight him, who existed in the form of a one winged angel.
