Dont buy them. Then pour a bunch of oil in a pan and dip tortillas in and break them up on a plate. And u got chips. If u dont want to be obese than making them yourself should be enough to kick the habbit.

if you get them out of the house, and u bring a healthy snack bar, like kashi with u, then when you are hungry you dont need/want chips
its okay to have them every once in a while, but they arent very healthy
