Empty inside means feeling frustrated, and having lost your purpose for living.
Feeling that all your efforts resulted in either nothing at all, or only bad results.
Feeling that being alive is a waste of time. Because you cant achieve, and you cant
avoid pain either.

A person feels empty inside when you think that nobody cares about you or that you are very lonely and don't have anyone to talk to about it.

Perhaps, powerless, not in control. Not capable of loving. felling unfulfilled. Feeling of not finding happiness, contentment. feeling unloved. lonely. Sad. Depressed. Feeling sorry for yourself. Feeling spiritually bankrupt. VOID.
