ok isaiah washington (preston burke) called T.R. Knight (George O'Malley) a f*g and then TR came out and he actually was gay which is funny cuz on the show hes always afraid that people will think hes gay
i think its retarded. they got in an argument and now Isaiah is in REHAB?!?!? frickin REHAB?!?!? w/e. hope that pretty much clears things up.

What happened. TR Knight shoed up late again for taping when they were taping "Boys will be boys" and most of his scenes were with Isaiah Washington who prides himself on being on time especially for out doors takes. Washingto got upset and referred to Knight as a "f*ggot" and Knight was around to hear about it. To make matters worse Patrick Dempsey was tired of Ike's complaining and a scuffle ensued. This was in an episode were a scuffle was supposed to break out between George and Alex anyway. The mood was right for a fight. Anyway apologies were made and that was that until the press got a hold of it and started rumors. Next thing you know Knight takes this moment to come out of the closet. Then came the Golden Globes and the press are asking Washington did he ever call Knight a "f*ggot" and so he said "No, I never called T.R. a f*ggot." and because he said it on the podium he had to apologize again. Then Knight went on Ellen and said he was referred to as a "f*ggot". People wanted Washington fired when nothing he said was a lie or even aimed at Knight. So that is that and Washington has since sought help with his sensitivity and still people keep talking like they this is the worst thing they have ever heard. If it is then they have been burying their heads in the sand for decades.

OK. Isaiah Washington got in a verbal fight with mcdreamy on the set and in the that fight he called the gay guy TR Knight a f**. Isaiah denied he said this. Shortly thereafter TR came out of the closet. Then on an award show when a reporter asked what happened on the set that day instead of Issiah saying the incident never happened Issiah said "no I never called TR a F*****". By using the F word in his denial it showed he clearly had issues.

I'll tell it in character names.
Burke called George a phag-git even before he was out of the closet. Then I guess George came out and sh1t hit the fan. Then Burke said it again on stage at an awards ceremony (when they were all in a group-after winning). Only he said: "And I never called RT a phag-git". Just out of a clear blue sky. Shocked alot of people. Producers made him go to re-hab.
How'd I do? Did ya get all that?

The Black guy...Dr. Burke (Isaaia Washington) apparently made gay joke about George...before that it was OUT that the actor who plays George was Gay. So Washington OUT him, the cast was up in arms and felt Washington was being ignorant and wrong about the situaction.
