I won one of those it was through a magazine compettion I paid the deposit and went now they took loads of pictures of me and I knew that it was free but afterwards you get told only one picture is free like they tell you in the compettition but what they don't tell you is that you have to pay for all the others they took I ended up paying £500 as well as losing my deposit

I now know that if you win something you should not have to pay

they did not pay for my travel to get there or back

TINSTAAFR

There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch.

Nope it probably is not free. Did you read the terms of conditions before filling out the survey? I know the "Free X-Box 360" surveys usually say "Company is not liable if participant does not receive prize"

dont do it most of the time they make you apply for something that sounds so good but then you have to pay if it was free and if you wone it you wouldnt have to pay anything also is can be fraud the best thing to do is not try to win anything unless you won it in person, just for your protection, thats my oppinion.

Why would you pay for a prize you already won? There's no logic, it's a scam.

Myself I would not send any money to anyone. I woud check out the business, and contact an attorney. I would rather be safe than sorry.

Sounds fishy if they want money up front
Was it a reputable company?
