Actually size 25 and size 26 "European size" is very small. A size 25 would be about a zero and a 26 could either be a size zero or one. Because the USA uses numbers, and Europe uses actually measurements as US men do, its the actual measurement of the hips! I hope this helps and good luck Jeans shopping!

25s and 26 are about a size one to three in standard womens/juniors/petite sizes.
