Did you ever read Pudd'nhead Wilson by Mark Twain? It's got a really great beginning. A brilliant young man arrives in a small town. He makes a joke that no one gets. Based on that, the townspeople conclude that he's a "pudd'nhead". They thought he was stupid, because he said something that was over their heads.

i assume you think only PHDs and such belong here? there are kids, pre-teens even, who've not been blessed with age, education and wisdom. there are those who (as i do) come here for pleasure, not for philosophy, nor to solve the world's woes.
that can only lead me to this innocuous question:
do you have some better way to spend your time than to insult those who are lowlier than yourself? does that make you superior in some way, you, with all the sagacity you wish to display with such a question? i for one refuse to browbeat people unknown to me, their ages, circumstances and education levels unknown to me. Bless you sir or madam. we hope you find more suitable company.

I have received alot of helpful answers on here in regards to questions about the computor.....However alot of people are fairly dramatic ...or they ask the most idiotic questions imaginable .....and most of the time they ask radical questions mainly to offend people...I have no idea where they went to school ...but in regards to the second part of your question , they have not as of yet "Grown Up"
