Sims 2 Pets?

Question

why wont my people eat? i have a stove and a refrigerator and a microwave, but when eva i tell them to eat they go to the frige and then they get the stuff and start complaining!! and they r like starving! please help me!

It could be a number of things...

do you have a kitchen counter that the Sims can prepare the food on? They actually chop and prepare the food, and so they need a place to do that.

A stove needs two free spaces in front of it for the Sim to place food into the oven. Do you have a chair or something in the way that is blocking the entry to the stove?

It might also be that you have no groceries left, but if that is that case, a message should have come up to tell you your fridge is empty.

Are both the stove and microwave in working order? IF they are broken you should be able to click on them, and a 'repair' prompt will come up. You can either do that yourself or call a repairman.

In the meantime, you can always call for pizza.

for the PC?? just hit ctrl, shift, C then type maxMotives and hit enter. They will not starve. the problem might be that they cant get to the stove. is it blocked?? move it to the middle of the room and see if they do it then. or maybe its broken?? call the repair man. Try buying a grill for outside. Do they have counter space?? if their is no where for them to prepair the food they cant get it ready to cook. Buy a counter. Good Luck!!

It must be with their mood. Sims need to be in a good mood to do things. Try making their moods fill up all the way before trying to play with a pet or eating.

You need to order more groceries. you can do that from the phone, or the computer.
