You need an all night post office or call Kinko's and see if they have late night FedEx services. If you live in the boonies, forget about it.

Take it to a post office that collects mail and processes it. Get out the blue pages of the phone book, and call branches now to see if they do the actual postmarking, and how late they are open this evening.

Some big cities (like New York) have 24-hour emergency windows at their central post offices. Other than that, you can't.
