when we go through a normal day, we have so many thoughts and we can easily write a lot about them, but when someone asks us to write something, our minds go blank?

I suppose its because when we are writing it down, our mind and heart are into it but when someone else ask us to do it the situation is already turning into different direction its because we 'are' ask to write about it. Hence the heart follows what the mind thinks. Like what Henry Ford says 'If you think you can do it or if you think you cant, either way you are right. Its all in the power of mind.

Well I think its because, you are thinking about what your going to write but then the person asks you to write it down your brain takes time to think of the question and during that time your mind is too focused on what the person said to save in what you were thinking about.

I don't know about you, but my thoughts are random one-liners.
Like, "Pizza sounds good for dinner"
or "didn't that lady look in the mirror before she left the house?"
or "at least go the ###### speed limit!"
or "it is so nice outside, I should have called in sick"

How do you expand on that?
My thoughts will never grow into stories or novels. It would be way too boring to read!
