There's a saying that you get what you pay for. If someone gives you a link to a legitimate site it can be. Some might speak from their own experience also. Usually a therapist or a professional is a better idea. Some sites blog medications and their side effects. This can be a good forum for advice to good links. So it depends on how you use it.

the CIA says trust and varify check each answer against the rest use common sense then if not satisfied take the page to the library to get an opinion from a professional researcher thats the job of the librarians to check facts for you and answer any question try this call the library around dinner time and ask for a recipe for brownies or the meaning of E=MC2 they will tell you ,,
