when i was younger, i didn't have this problem..now, in school(J>H) and home, i just talk too fast , every word i say sounds blurry...even when i read this happens..i was a really good reader, but now, i talk too fast..what can i think to my self to talk like normal? this is a dumb question, i know, but serious! LOL!

LOL i am the same way. the thing that helps me the most is to invision the person being a young child that needs to be talken to at a slow pace. Now i have a kid it's not so hard anymore!!

Haha I have the exact opposite problem, I talk to slow.

You need to think about relaxing and concentrating on breathing properly while you talk. You might even try intentionally talking what you think is too slowly. (I tend to talk too fast, too!)

keep the sentences short and think about what you are saying.
