There's a tattoo place called Diversity on Las Vegas Blvd towards Downtown. Also a place immediately across from it. If you want to stay on the strip it's rumored that The Palms Casino has the best tattoo parlor (link: http://www.palms.com/shops_1.php) , but all the places on the strip over charge. F.Y.I
But if you don't want anything too fancy you could essentially go anywhere. There are also a lot of places on Maryland Parkway near the UNLV college.

I live in Vegas, theres the Plams casino. You can stop in there, and get it done. Right by the Stratosphere theres a few places.
Sorry i cant think of the shop, my boss works part time. he does it on the side, theres so many shops tou can go to here. That are close by to where, your be staying.
