There have been 40 inside-the-park grand slams in Major League Baseball since 1950 and Honus Wagner had the most in MLB history with five.

Jimmy Sheckard hit inside the park grandslams in consecutive game on consecutive days in 1901, he is th only major league player to ever do it.

There's never been an infield home run. It will probably never happen because for something like that to happen, an error or two would have to be committed, which nullifies any chance of it actually being scored an infield grand slam.

no because the time it takes for a fielder to throw it to a base is less than 30 seconds and the time it takes for a runner to run around is a bit longer
