Yes they do, just make sure the humidity is good in their enclosure so they shed evenly.

Yes. Give it a few warm water soaks or some extra spray downs in it's enclosure. Give it a couple of days and then check for completeness of shedding. You may have to help by removing the bits that did not come off; such as end of the tail, or around the toes or nostrils.
