There were no orders during the early crusades. The first crusade was preached about 1097 and captured Jerusalem on New Year's day, 1100. The fourth crusade turned aside in 1204, captured Constantinople, and founded the Latin Empire of Romania. After that, the Hospitalers, Templars, and Teutonic knights were founded, late in the crusades.

They both didn't accomplish enough to defeat the Muslims till the 20th century.
