Any ideas?! Is it because I'm not meant to have it now?!!

It could be. A rabbi once said that God gives one of three answers to any prayer -- "yes"; "later"; and "I've got something better in mind".

Another possibility is that your will is not actually concentrated enough. A great spiritual master says that if we want something enough we will get it, and if it does not exist in the universe it will be created for us. But we have to be as intense about it "as a miser loves money, as a drowning man loves air".

A third (and overlapping) possibility is that your good and strong will are counterforced by fear and doubt. If you do not really believe that you deserve what you are willing for, that it is OK with the Universe/Life/God(dess) for you to have it, or if yuo are scared that some harm might come if yuo did have it, these negative energies will counter the force of your will.

And yes there is the possibility that what you are willing is not right for you to have. For example, if it is harmful to others, such as if you desire to own the earth.

With the little you give it is hard to give a constructive assessment. However one guildline is 'the imagination is always more powerful than the will.'

Try 'willing' your hear to beat faster. It will not. Now imagin walking down a dark ally at night and you hear footsteps.....

It's all a matter of practice - you won't get it first time but keep trying, get some guidance and you'll get there.
