Smokey grey/black eyes and do the rest of your makeup very nautral and soft like just gloss on your lips and a bit of blush. But really play up your eyes.

You can have your mom or whoever take u to the mall and let them do a faccial and make up your face for you there are people like in Macy , Gottschalk all the stores like that and a very good makeup to use i think is MAC it looks really pretty when it is on and it stays on all day and night. I use that daily. Anyway good luck . Go to the mall first like two weeks ahead of time and have them make u up. Then if you like it go back the day of the prom and let them make you up and you will be beautiful all day and night all through your own sweart as u get your boogey on the dance floor. It might cost between 25 dollars- 50 dollars I am not sure but it is really gpood makeup. good luck girl.

Find a coppery, gold, or shimmery color, not too dark. Use just a touch of blue eye liner, just on the top lids, from the outer corner to almost all the way to the inner corner - and mascara. Go very lightly on the blush and wear a light red lipstick. If the lipstick you get is too dark, wipe off some of it and put clear lipgloss on it. You should look very elegant.

Since your dress is red, it's going to really stand out. You don't want to put too much make up cuz if you do, you'll just look really messy. Also, I wouldn't recommend putting red lipstick on because you are still young and you have a pale skin. You'll look like you only have lips. When you put base or foundation on, after finishing applying, use leftover and gently pat over your lips. this will make your lips little pale. Then put some lipbalm or lip gloss. It'll look natural and really sweet. For your eyes, because you have gorgeous blue eyes, try very pale pinkish beige or natural looking color. Instead of too heavy eye make up, put on some mascara. use white eyeliner or silver -only on the bottom -white/on the inside corner of the eye-silver) it'll make your eyes bigger and nice. If you want some color on your eyes, try silver^^

I'd say wear a dark brown eyeliner and mascara. Black can be a little too subtle for blue eyes. Then you take a brown eyeshadow and put it on the inside corner of your eyelid and the outside corner if your eyelid. then you put red eyeshadow in the middle of the eyelid. Try to make the three sections equal. Then you blend them together a little bit. And you can either go with a red or natural looking lipstick or lipgloss. Hope i helped!

Regardless of what color your dress is for prom, you have to apply your makeup to compliment YOUR face. My recommendation for you would be keep it simple. Apply makeup that would accentuate your beautiful blue eyes. Apply some lip color and put a little color on your cheeks. But like I said before: keep it simple. If by chance you have a problem with uneven complexion, I would recommend Physician's Formula to even out your complexion. After that, simplicity to highlight your features.

Whatever you decide, have fun!

What I did when I wanted to learn the correct way to apply makeup was go to a Barnes and Noble Bookstore to the self improvement section. Also they carry hundreds of magazines that will show you everything you ever wanted to know. Bookstores are fantastic places

I would do a rock n roll look..go with a smoldering smokey eye and plump shiny lips, any lips color would be cool, I would choose a shiny muted red along with red nail and toe polish. This would look really hot.
