Yes ofcourse.
They definitely had and God put it there so that their offsprings and especially 'we' won't get confused. And I think now you should ask - "if God has a belly button??" and I would say a definite yes because Bible says we're created in HIS image so whatever we've, I bet He definitely has all those things as well.

That's an interesting question since neither of them was born naturally and therefore had no need for an umbilical cord. Based on that fact alone I would think that they did not have belly buttons.
