I suspect that my computer is sending out spam... It has started to work slower, overheating(the fan is going on constantly, this never happened before) and getting errors frequently.

This wouldn't happen if it's sending out spam (well, possibly). Check to see if you have a virus, malware, or spyware. You can use www.zomealarm.com or www.avast.com.

If it is a laptop, then the overheating problem is probably due to it not cooling properly. However, sending spam has nothing to do with overheating and is unlikely.

If you are getting errors frequently it is probably a virus or software problem. You may have to re-install Windows or do a malware scan.

Check your e-mail inbox for replies to mail that you know you have not sent. If you find suspicious mail, change your password, use a password that is very complex, containing upper and lower case letter, numbers, and symbols, something that cannot be connected to your birthday, address, name etc and that contains no percievable logic, and should be at least 11 digits. Also do not forget to log out after a session. Finally, run Spybot regularly.
