look i bought a psp off of my friend for 115 dollars. when he went home he told his mom i stole it when i didnt. she called the school and then next day we went to the office cuz we got called up she told us not to deal with it or we would get suspended. the kid wants to fight me. also he said his mom had the money. he wants it back so i said give me the money before school but he said that his mom didnt trust him with the money. i said after school and he said his mom isnt home then. today he said to come after school to his house cuz his mom was gonna be there, but before he said that she wasnt home then cuz she worked. i think he wants to punk me, take my money, the psp, and beat me up what should i do

You should call the boys house and ask for his mom. Talk to her about what is going on and then you can get your money back and you won't have to deal with it anymore.

He already brought his parents into it. Tell your parents what happend. Your parents should go with you to meet his mom and exchange the money for the PSP. More than likely, the one person on here is right that his mother doesn't have the money he does and he's just trying to keep it all. But if he is confronted on it, he'll be forced to come clean. If you don't want your parents involved, then I would call his mom myself. Let her know that you gave him the $115 that he claims she has. Unless she's not very intelligent, she'll put it together where that money came from. Don't go to his house alone after school though. Make sure an adult is involved.

I think you should have your mom come with you to his house, that way your mom can make sure you get your money back and you give the guy his psp. Or just go to the guys house with a friend, that way its 2 against 1. But just remember fighting is NOT the answer. Talk it out just give the guy his psp then ask for your money...don't be the one who is like "you give me my money first" just be the one to make the first move. Good Luck!

so you have psp correct and that guy's mother has the money... wait until she show up then fix the plm.. I think that he lying dog If his mother knew that money that he got knowing that you didn't steal that psp... you know what I mean... so therefor that he has that money and thinking that you though that his mother is coming and... keep the psp and until his mother show up with the money then you can do it... but I am thinking that he call the school saying that you stole the psp. and now if he did told his mother that he have cash in his hand where did he get 115 dollars so that mean that his mother should of call the school and have you meet with psp and the money back...but didn't happen so he is a lying dumb a@@ dog.... so Do fall for it and if that psp still good and keep it.. until his mother call you from school smiling...
You got to believe me that how he want to do beat you up and get psp and keep the cash... ya know.... so don't fall for it

Bring protection like a bat. If he punks you go for the legs ,smash his PSP, take your cash, and tell him to confess to what he did (make sure to record the whole thing). After that spit on him and tell him Nintendo DS is better.
