Tacoma .. 96. Rotors have warped 2x now since I put new pads
on last fall ( pulsation on braking) The pulsation is back BUT ONLY ON HIGH SPEED STOPS IE COMING OFF THE INTERSTATE-
city speed stops are as smooth as silk ! Should I replace
the rotors or hang in till it gets worse...will it get worse?
They were turned on prev. warps and have 1 more turn left-
but its either replace or keep as the options. Given the pulsarion is hig speed only THIS TIME..should I go on and replace or hang loose?

They're your brakes. How important is it to stop?
If you've turned them twice, I doubt there's enough material left to turn again and be within the service limits. Plus you continually make the rotors thinner and more likely to warp. I'd replace them. BTW, does your truck have anti-lock brakes, even on just the rear wheels? If so, the pulsing you feel would be normal and you would only feel the pulsing during hard braking.

Depends on how bad the pulsation is. When it does that, you are not getting maximum braking and that could be a problem in certain stop conditions.

If it is real bad, I would replace the rotors with good ones (there are no good rotors for cheap prices) like Raybestos Professional Grade (black rotor hats) I would also install a new set of loaded calipers. Turning rotors may not always elimnate run-out.

The pulsating is only going to wear out the pads that much quicker, also hard on the calipers, replace the rotors.

i would say have them turned down on the vehicle, a lot of dealerships have on car lathes that turn the rotor to the vehicle. Maybe you too much runout on hub ie, the on car lathe will custom fit the rotors in the spot they will actually be on the vehicle, so if there is a high, low spot it will cut accordingly. If rotors are turned are regular lathe it will cut it flat but doesnt accout for possible irregual mounting problems

Are you sure you don't have a bunch of rust behind the mounting surface between the rotor and the axel flange? I had the same thing on a dodge

Replace them with good rotors, not pep boys specials for $25..... low quality steel will warp when it heats up.
