A 25 gallon is just about right for the angels alone. It doesn't really leave much room for anything else to be honest. Angels really need the space to do well. Maybe consider a small group of 4-5 cory catfish, that would work very well.

If you go to the pet store, like petsmart, they have signs on the tanks saying semi aggresive fish. Any semi aggresive would be fine really with the angels. Just make sure you dont get to many fish cause angels need room.

I keep my angel with 2 gourami's. But since I have had them together for a long time, they get along fine. If you have an angel by itself in the tank, and its been there for awhile, I honestly wouldnt try it. They are very territorial. If your just adding them, they'd be fine together (usually.)

Dwarf Grammies in most cases. Not always, depends on the fish.
