Absolutely, there are several, and it has been done in the comic books, although they have not yet actually killed the Hulk as a character.

Adam Warlock couls use his soul gem to steal the Hulks soul

The invisible woman can constuct an invisible force field around the hulks mouth and nose preventing him from breathing. Using her invisibility power as well to keep from getting knocked out, she can put the Hulk to sleep

Maddened Thor took on both the Hulk and Drax the destroyer. Since the Hulk can't fly, and need to breathe, he is helpless in space.

Since he is helpless in space that leaves him vulnerable to anyone who can put him there, including Pip the troll. Those are just super heroes

The Hulk cannot beat the Beyonder, Galactus, a Celestial, or an original Coney Island Hot Dog (hey pal, nobody can). The Hulk can't beat the Phoenix force and in the long run, I don't even think he can beat Thor.

Also, a lot of Marvel characters who are much less powerfull, can goad the Hulk into following them (as when Spidey was tested for Avengers membership)

Besides the ones mention by the others. The hulk could be defeated by other heroes or villains that don't have super strength to match. For example Banshee, Siryn can manipulate the sound they emit to a frequency to make the Hulk calmed up to Bruce Banner or to sleep. Professor X, The White Queen Emma Frost, and other telepaths could enter the Hulks mind maybe calm him down, put him to sleep. The Vision, Shadow Cat can tire the hulk out by being intangible. Strong Guy or someone with the same ability of observing kinetic energy to potential and kinetic again could just tire him out. Illusionist can tire the Hulk out too. Telekinetic Talents can also tire him out. Reality Manipulators like Reed and Susan Richards son can beat the Hulk. So are teleporters. Blink from Phalanax Covenant Event in X-Men, X-Force can do it too.

Silver Surfer, Superman, Apocalypse, Phoenix, Doomsday, Thor....And Lobo..(He could give Hulk a fight)

I don't know too many DC characters that could stop him...but I'm sure there are more.

during the DC Vs Marvel event of a few years ago Superman and Hulk went toe to toe. Even though it was the readers that picked the winner, they chose right. Superman beat him easy.
Captain America has fought him, beat him too.
