Whenever you get nervous, think of all those people as being 1 year old and running around in diapers with their blankies!

Go slow.

Just visit and sit in a class a few times, this should make you a LOT less fearful! I'm glad you're taking care of your cousin, but long-term you are right to go to school to do something for yourself.

I used to get panic attacks in crowds as well. I still do when I'm in enclosed spaces. You might consider talking to your doctor in case there's medication that will help you.

What I did was simply to start going out in small crowds, then worked my way up to larger crowds. It took time but it worked for me. I even managed to ride the subway at rush hour in Tokyo.

The suggestion about online courses is good. There are also lots of colleges that offer various distance learning options that you could look into.

Cats love and can desire to sleep lots better than human beings do. some cats will sleep 18 hours an afternoon! It does not advise they're inevitably bored, yet in basic terms doing what cats do. the superb difficulty you're able to do is to maintain touching, petting and enjoying inclusive of your kitten while she is unsleeping. maximum kittens I genuinely have had (and that i've got had lots) like to chase string, or feathers on the tip of a string like they sell in shops. in addition they like toys they might wrap their legs around and kick, like a playmate. Many older kittens decide to play interior paper luggage - they get in the bag and you additionally could make scratching sounds on the exterior - then they pounce on the noise. yet you will locate out which varieties of toys and enjoying allure maximum on your guy or woman kitten. difficulty is to maintain it thrilling - do no longer in user-friendly terms throw some toys available and walk away. shop some toys out and positioned others away for a week or so, that way the kitten is often looking something "new" to play with. a lot of human beings have only one cat, and that is wonderful as long as you spend time with them once you're domicile. confirm there is often clean water out for the kitten to drink to boot. sturdy success!

I have problems with large groups and didn't do well in a traditional college setting, so I am doing mine online actually. You may want to look into that to begin with, it's not that hard to find an accredited university that does school online anymore, plus you do it on your own schedual MOSTLY, given they still have things due on certain days but you don't have class A at 2:30 and class B at 1:00 you know.

Just a thought.

It's a good thing you're bored, gives you lots of time to read "Feeling Good" by Dr. David Burns.. pick up the paperback at any bookstore. You can order on line via amazon, etc.

This book is cognitive behavioral therapy. It means, "what you think is what you feel". You can overcome your anxiety by teaching your thinking 'ways'.

So.. get the book, learn and give yourself a chance to re-program your thinking. Who knows, maybe you'll be full time by next year!

Good luck
