Hi ,
I have a daughter in grade 6 , she sets her alarm and lays in bed only for 5 minutes and just allows her brain and her body to become adjusted to having to get up. Make your self a list for things you need to do every morning from the time that you turn your alarm clock off.
1.Shut alarm clock off
2.Make my bed right away
3.Brush my teeth and wash my face
4.Pick out my clothes for the day
5.Grab all my home work and have it ready to go
6.Go and eat breakfast
7.Grab my lunch and get to school
Make sure you have check boxes beside each task and then check them off as you go . Do not have crawl back into bed on this list and train yourself to do this every morning and you will get rid of your bad habit.
Try it for a 2 week period and see if it helps.

Make you bed instead of turning off your alarm. You are less likely to go back into a already made bed. You could also go to bed earlier so it won't really matter, you will be more refeshed. Or, shower at night so you don't have to get up earlier to shower. If you do both you can sleep a really long time!

If you have no energy ask your mother to take you for a check up. It could be boredom. Find something that interests you and this may make you want to get out of bed. When you alarm goes off in the morning get up turn it off and go directly to the bathroom and wash you face. If none of these work someone needs to give you a kick in the behind

There's really no way around the situation. It is said that it takes approximately 21 days to develop a habit, good or bad. You are going to have to show some self-discipline in getting up. Yes, get enough sleep; but also understand the consequences of staying in bed when you should get up. You're young, so now is the time to start developing good habits.
