Mashed or baked with a little butter and salt and pepper. There are so many ways to cook potatoes, it's never boring.

Or mashed, my moms are second best only to my bf's, he makes the best garlic mashed potatoes!

Of course, i like fries, chips, and boiled (corned beef and cabbage with potatoes too, mmmhmmhmmm...)

ooooh dammit, I'm hungry now...well I like mine baked, with butter, salt, pepper, chives, cheese, and sour cream. My Mom makes the best baked potatoes in the world, they're absloutely delicious.
