I picked most of them up at my local library, all except the first two. For those who have already read them-would it be easier to wait for the others or can I go ahead and read the ones I have?

i always like to read them in order cause of the back stories that have come from other books,,, so yes read in order also then read karin slaughter great books

I don't think it makes much difference unless you really care about her romantic entanglements which are a very small part of why one reads her books.

It's always a good idea. It helps with background info and character interaction.
