ALMAY - [the one that lasts for 16 hours] It works great and doesnt smear or smudge. So if you were crying sweating, its humid or what not it won't be dripping down your face. I'm reading all your other answers and i've tried all those and there not bad but i personally think the almay one is best & reasonable price.

I give my thumbs up on Revlon too. I usualy buy Maybelline or Covergirl, but Revlon just has the best and softest eyeliner.

Rimmell London kohl eyeliner is great. It stays on all day and only costs like $2. You can buy it at Walmart or basically any other big store. I love it!!

I'm kind of picky with my pencil eyeliner, andI use Covergirl with the spongetip. <3.

Revlon luxurious color eyeliner, it has a blending brush on the other end - I love it!!

I really love this eyeliner they have at CVS, the brand is Prestige.

Trust me its a maybelline search for loreal its not the best but they realy good so you choice buy.

i love Revlon.. the mechanical one.. where you twist it.. i dont like carrying a sharpener with me. so that one is my fav.. have used it for years!

L'Oreal is DEFINITELY the best ever!!!! But if they don't have it, they should have Maybelline....
