I think that sexy women wear really hot underwear, but keep their skirts at an appropriate length. Also, if you're a "Pants in Summer" kind of girl, try showing a bit of skin. No bare midriff, but maybe something you wouldn't normally wear. And go buy some magazines which show the latest hairstyles and such.
Don't use too much make up. Use an amount that makes you look good, but don't go too heavy on mascarra or that stuff you put on your eyelids.
To sum up what I've just said, sexy women:

To me "sexy" is is a combination of taking care of your self (hygiene, well dressed, tasteful jewelry and clothes etc) and being confident. Being confident is a turn on for most people. Don't be snooty or stuck up, just being comfortable with who you are and like yourself and people will find you sexy.

Being natural and never overdoing any aspect of looks. Most important I feel is also being witty and intelligent. So not a lot of makeup. Not a lot of goofy clothes. Not a lot of "Oh my god's". Just "Simple Plus" I say. Meaning be yourself with just a hint of mystery.

Wear clothes tha show off your body like a tight shirt that shows off your nice breasts and tight pants that show off your nice butt oh and wear short shorts and low cut shirts with no bra
