Diana was the perpetual virgin goddess of the hunt.

"Strong proof of chastity well armed" - being very chaste (virgin)
"from love's week childish bow" - temptations of sex
"she lives uncharm'd" - she hasn't indulged.

Don't know how you figure in this passage she's going to lose her virginity to Romeo...

It is saying that she has been shot with cupid's arrow which has caused her to fall in love. My source is myself since I am reading this right now and have read it before.

She is not swayed by love at first sight (cupid) but she is chaste (like diana, the huntress)
