Sounds like you have a heap of problems.

The simplest thing to do would be to restore your computer to an earlier date.

I'll assume you're on Windows XP.

Click on Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.

From this window, select "Restore my computer to an earlier date."

Please note, this will not affect files, however, it will effect any programs that were installed between the current time and the date you selected. To be safe, you should back up any important files that you created between those times.

Once you select a date, the system will begin to restore. You should exit all running programs before doing this. Also note, this doesn't take long.

When the computer has finished restoring, the system will reboot. When it comes back on, the System Restore window will appear and tell you one of the following two things:

Your system has been successfully restored to an earlier date.
Your system could not be restored to an earlier date.

If you run in to the second thing, you should seek professional help.

Hope this helps! =)

Well I could help you more if i had access to the computer to solve each thing one by one, but try running system restore (programs>accessories>System Tools>system restore) and go back to before they did it.

I agree.
System Restore is your best, and your easiest, bet.
But you obviously had some sort of other problem, since you ran a system doc.
You need a professional to look at your system.
