cuz i have Verizon. is it that expensive to text or call?

I think you have to have Cingluar to text vote. Just wait to closer to 11:00 to vote via phone if you can't get through.

I don't think you can (for cell phones). Just use a phone that isn't a cell phone. Numbers are below if you need 'em.

Go to Verizon's website and you should be able to find out how they charge for text messaging with the plan you have.
