yes, but you have to have the icon on your page, and the only way it works is if the visitor is on the page when the icon is loaded. at that point, unless the person is a user, it can only tell you where they are from, but sometimes you can track it down all the way to a street.

Yes, they tell you where people checked it from and what time. Not who it was just city and state.
