Yes there is the possibility that you could get sucked into there mouths if you get to close but they would not harm you at all in fact, they would just spit you out and continue eating.
But unfortunately yes there is the possibility that, that could happen to anyone.

No, they have a filter in their mouth because they can only eat really tiny stuff, like a baleen whale.

no, theyre not vaccums. theyd have to actually go for you if they wanted to attack.
