If humans could actually do all that without any ill side effects such as seizures or autism, then i think the way we currently are would be millenia ago. Humans would probably be less involved in entertainment, due to a greater need to excercise mathematics and science skills as well as other skills correlated to greater brain power. Music, however, could be a WOW moment.

It'd be Hell. Humans have already messed up the planet with only 10% Who knows what kind of new and creative ways we'll think up to screw the world over should we been given an inch more. We'll take a mile.

Technologically, God knows. We could be just watching our clones dying while we're staying healthy for tens of thousands of years, traveling at 1,000 times the speed of light and creating new universes. Be gods ourselves, in a word.
Socially, the same, because some of us we'll be 10 times faster at finding ways to cheat/ steal/ betray/ deceive/ eliminate us, and the rest of us we'll be 10 times faster at finding ways to defend ourselves.

That would be tough...and i'm not sure if that's possible...since the brain uses much of the oxygen that we breathe and performing at its full capacity would need much more than we breathe every second....
