btw, what is the top 10 romantic/comedy out there it can be action to.
also, is Samurai Deeper Kyo, Chobit, Chrno Crusade, and Tsubasa Chronicle comedy and romantic?

These are my top 10 Romantic Comedies (not necessarily in order). I really like all of these and I think you would, too. Ranma 1/2 especially fits the bill, it is very similar to the ones you listed.
1. Ranma 1/2
2. Maison Ikkoku
3. Kare Kano
4. Peach Girl
5. Marmalade Boy
6. Fruits Basket
7. Kodocha
8. Inu Yasha
9. Princess Tutu (well, not so much comedy, but it is good!)
10. Chobits (has kind of a sci-fi genre but is still rom/comedy)
***As you can tell, I'm a big Rumiko Takahashi fan! :P***

I wouldn't really immeadiately classify Chrono Crusade as romantic or comedic, but it definitely does have fun gags and shipping. I've never seen Tsubasa Chronicle, but from what I've heard it has those elements.
