you can start using spybot s&d, and then use other free antispyware programs if needed

Try Spybot Search and destroy, and Adaware. These fre freeware or share ware.

Commercial try spyweeper, or the higher level of Zone Alarm.

You need a decent firewall to keep the spyware from getting onto your PC.

CNet.com This site will have lots of reveiws and download links to help you out. I personally use 5 different programs, to try and keep on top of things like that. You can also read reveiws at PCWorld and PCMagazine both having websites as well as hard copy for you to look thru.

download two programs. First download Ad-aware, then download spybot search and destroy, both can be downloaded from www.download.com, install both of those, and run them until no further spyware comes up.
