Mold is forming from when it wasn't getting aired out from when it was damp and this can lead to dry rot so I would try to air it out awhile during a couple hot days. I heard, but have never done, is using Windex sprayed own a rag. You first wipe off any of the mold you can and then spray Windex on a DRY part of the rag and wipe. You may not get it all off but you are trying to get most and then airing it out should take care of the rest.

Added for upper two questions: DON'T USE BLEACH as this will eat away at your canvas and I think the Clorox he is referring also contains bleach AND you don't want to get the canvas wet. THIS is WHAT caused the problem in the first place.

Leave it up in the sun. The sun will kill it. Brush with a dry scrub brush and the powder should brush off... the remaining stuff can be spot cleaned with a Mr. Clean or Fantastic type cleaner. Bleach will eventually eat the stitching and it will fall apart where it's sewn.

Try white vinegar and water before you use bleach. Bleach tends to break down the fabric. Wear a mask so you aren't inhaling mold spores - I did that once and got a fungal pneumonia that put me in the hospital. If vinegar doesn't work, contact your local RV/camper supply - they have stuff for that.
