first of all, you could try wearing push up bra. instead of sports bra (that are very thin), try victoria secret. their bras are so comfortable (angel bra) and they make your boobs look bigger. to make your stomach look smaller, i guess you could wear a girdle. they are really uncomfortable but it sucks tummy fat in. if you DO have a lot of stomach fat, then don't wear a tight shirt. it doesn't flatter, but actually looks gross because you can see the tummy fat coming out. long shirts are good though..maybe with a nice belt!:)

you could try exercising, instead of trying to hide it. i hate exercising, but simple things like walking really helps. Or maybe get those hula hoop things with the bumps. they usually make a stomach flat:)

Since I'm not willing to dispense medical advice and don't know your shape or situation, as well as the fact that you asked about a type of shirt, I will say the following: Corsets are OK sometimes, but depending on the kind and how often you wear them they can lead to medical problems. Breast enhancing bras can be kinda fun, but the best advice so far has been for your posture. Like it or not, standing straight with your shoulders back and head level will do an immense amount for your shape. Beyond that I would recommend a shirt (not too tight and not too baggy) with "princess" lines. They really are quite flattering on almost any body shape, but will definitely draw the eye along the curved lines of the shirt. If you want your top to appear larger, consider a wide horizontal cut neck rather than a more vertical one. Note: sometimes those shirts with the drapey neckline in front will make the body appear larger at the top (caution: just don't get one that hangs low since this defeats the purpose).

I'm afraid there is no quick solution!
It is completely possible to change your body shape through exercises along with healthy eating.
With the right regime for the areas you want to sculpt, after a couple of months you will be able to wear any shirt at all.
A fitted shirt with a v-neck, rather than a baggy or high necked one will be the most flattering to your new shape.

And remember .... we can change our appearance to appear more beautiful on the outside but what is more important is that we are beautiful on the inside.

Try building up your pectoral (chest) muscles with weights or isometric exercises. If you can make them bigger, they will push your breasts out a little farther. Don't worry, you won't look funny with the extra pecs. As for the belly region, situps/crunches to tighten and strengthen the muscles in the abdomen will help. If you are really a bit chubby, try to lose a little weight, but set a target well within the normal BMI slim range of 18.5 to 22. Go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and try some target weights in the calculator to get a BMI in that range.

Halter top or tube top.

But if you've got some extra baggage going on there, I'd ditch the tube top.

And if you're really heavy then go ahead an forget the halter, too, and just stick with T-Shirts or blouses that don't let anything hang out. (Showing too much skin on someone overweight makes them look even more overweight.)

A b sounds like a good size! I'm so small i'm bascially not a size! Don't let it get you down! Especially when it could be so much more worse. You could always try chicken fillets.. they look and feel real.
