One a day has one

You actually need them all in order to support proper function. Extra vitamin B12 can give you a great energy boost and supports improved oxygenation of the blood (though it make take time to notice the effects because you need to support the production of more red blood cells first).

Most vitamin supplements are not bioavailable. They are made from synthetic chemicals which are not exactly the same molecules as you would find in plants. To deal with this, only use supplements that are made from food sources and make sure they are made using standardized practices to ensure that the final product actually has in it what you're paying for.

Garcinia cambogia (indian berry), cardamom, cayenne, cinnamon, mustard seed, ginger, green tea = they're not vitamins, but they are natural herbs, you can cook with them and they are thermogenic (will boost your metabolism) Don't take One a Day because they are useless, if you want a vitamin take a natural food derived vitamin, your body can't break down the 1 a Day, it is just a waste of money

I have access to a special blend of herbs which has had over two years of reasearch to formulate. It is the third step (of three) in a technologically advanced weight management system. It was designed by a research and development company who is celebrating their twenty years since formation.

The only reason this company has lasted this long is because their products work! The company is represented on over 40 countries and is going through massive growth.

For more information about the company and how you can directly access these products please email me at leanne27@aapt.net.au
