the left and right blinkers on my 05 grand am mysteriously stopped working a few days ago, then started working again. on my way home today, they did not work at all. so i call pontiac and they tell me to take it to a specific dealer to look at the car so i went there and low and behold my blinkers were working but the tech says theres not much they can do if its working. is that true or do i need to go to a different dealer? she also said to drive by when they arent working but thats a little difficult if i have other obligations.

It can be almost impossible to diagnose something that isn't happening while you're inspecting the vehicle. I don't think they are BS'ing you. Do your best to find a dealer.......or even a local repair shop to inspect the faulty blinkers next time they don't operate. Also, keep any records of your dealer visits handy in case you're pulled over for non-operational signals. That way you'll have proof you are trying to get the problem resolved.

Grand Am's are notorious about having blinker problems. I've had a problem with mine, and I had to replace the turn signal switch. Pontiac has a habit of using too much lubricant on their electical connections, it sometimes can leak onto your connection and cause a short. The short can sometimes be fixed by using an electical parts cleaner and taking off the excessive goo on the connections. During the wamer months, the goo will melt and leak all over the place. During the colder months, the goo will solidify and it won't leak, thus there's no problems when it's cold. I wish Pontiac Dealers would fix this problem because the short can ruin electrical components, such as the turn signal switch.

You can't fix what isn't broken. If the blinkers are working fine, obviously they can't be fixed. Now then, would you prefer the dealer tell you they can't do anything with it working, or guess (usually at expense of time and your money) and be wrong. I'd rather hear they are working fine than pay a couple hundred dollars to come back a day later with the same problem. Such is life when you own a motor vehicle.

right it is my opinion, in step with comparing Scripture with Scripture and additionally from analyzing numerous books on the situation. a million, Paul wrote a million Thessalonians somewhat early, probable 5-10 years till now the Corinthian letters. In a million Thessalonians, the context of financial disaster 4 is the believing ineffective whose bodies "slept" interior the floor. What Paul wrote in a million Thessalonians 4:sixteen is unquestionably authentic--whilst Jesus returns, interior the air, for His saints, the ineffective will upward thrust first, and, in accordance to the subsequent verse, we who're alive and final will connect them, and so we are able to be with the Lord continuously. Did you study the subsequent numerous verses, or the great context? 2. Now in 2 Corinthians 5, Paul is discussing the guy believer and what happens whilst a believer dies. The believer is going to be with the Lord. lower back, i'm particular you observed the verse that suggested if Paul replaced into absent from the Lord, he replaced into interior the physique, and so on. So there is not any contradiction, those verses replicate 2 diverse aspects of a believer's dying, could a believer die till now the Rapture. The physique is going into the floor and the soul/spirit is going to be with the Lord. whilst the Rapture comes, the physique is raised, and joined to the soul and spirit, and is going to Heaven.

the dealer is right, they can't fix something that is working even though you know differen't, they have to see the problem before they can diagnose it.
