I accidentally download the software, which I guess is a pop up advertisment or spy ware. (System alert)?

The pop up advertisement leads me to this website.

I try to use both Norton spyware scan from Yahoo and McAfee security center form my provider, Comcast, but I could not erase it. Now, it is very often to see the advertisement on my screen that my computer has been infected by viruses. Thank you.
