Why is it that when girls say they like John Cena because he's hot everyone gets in an uproar. Yet when it comes to the divas, it's never a question about in ring talent but merely because they're hot. Take in point Ashley. Certainly not a Class A wrestler, yet most of the men who answered that question said they liked her because she was hot. Hmmm....a little inequality there?
Like I said, don't bite my head off, but serious answers are appreciated!

Your right it's the exact same thing. To me it's like the divas who can't wrestle can be based on looks but a man has to be able to wrestle. Thats like saying a man can have three girls and won't be called anything, but when a girl does it then she's called a whore, ****, and what not.

Straight up. It is because all women wrestling is bad and the only reason why they are in wrestling is to be eye candy. Well I shouldn't say that. There is a all woman independent promotion called Shimmer that has some good woman wrestlers. But on TV its all bad. I personally would rather not have them on at all. I watch wrestling to see some good technical wrestling, high flyers, devastating moves, or funny promos. Not to see silicon breasts.

There are many double standards in the world, and that's just one of them. I, personally like Molly Holly and Gail Kim, not necessarily because they're pretty, but because they're talented. I also liked Mickie James/Alexis Laree when she was indy because she was good enough to wrestle men and take the big bumps. I wont lie though, I've oogled Torrie Wilson (or at least parts of her) for close to a decade now, and throughout that decade, she's never learned to wrestle. Get used to double standards though, kid. Women get paid less doing the same jobs men do, and women are more prone to the glass ceiling work environment in any profession. That's life, and them's the breaks for now.

i hate to say it but there is a difference. since cena is a man who is expected to wrestle fairly well, ppl get in a uproar because women like just because he's hot as the women say. the divas in the wwe aren't really supposed to be wrestlers. they are just eye candy. like james brown said, "its a man's world." not putting down women in any way, but that is my opinion. :)

I get pissed of either way. I like people who beat up other people in an entertaining way. I don't like American female wrestlers, because they don't actually wrestle. I watch Japanese female wrestler, because they do stuff in the ring that some American guys won't do.
Diva and Stud oppinion polls are the garbage of this site.

Wrestling is a sport for men. They added the divas and the woman just to pretty much up ratings. Whatever gets them more money makes the show. It doesnt matter that they can fight. I believe its just eye candy for the guys. Just something to keep them watching.

ashley isnt all that great.. just another blondy to get naked from the WWE.. she is hot no denying, but talentless.. the divas that actually do some wrestling actually deserve props.. they play just like the big boys...

Yeah and isnt it sad that those women are just eye candy. Do you think that was their purpose in life just to be looked at? I would tell them to keep their money I would rather be appreciated than just some boobs on a string. And again dont bite MY head off for that one
