That's like asking how long it will take you to read a book. It depends on how many cases there are in the court calendar. It depends on how many jurors have been summonsed. It depends on how many jurors are excused for cause. it depends on so many things that it is impossible to give a direct answer to your question.
Unless you actually mean how long will it take to get to court. In that case, it depends on how far from the court you live and whether you are catching the bus, driving or walking.
HAve a nice day!

Anywhere from 30 days to several years. Remember, in civil suits the "right to a speedy trial" does NOT apply!!! It really just depends on how long the attorneys take to get their crap together and also on how full the docket is at the courthouse. Quite frankly, the delay alone is why many cases are settled out of court.

A summons is an order to appear in court on a certain date. If what you have is a summons, it tells you when to appear.
