which class is harder physics or calculus or human physiology?

This depends upon the individual and upon the teacher. All of these classes can be boring and difficult if you make them so or if you get a bad teacher. However, they can also all be a lot of fun (yes, even calculus). Most people would rank them in the following order from easiest to most difficult. Human physiology, physics, calculus. You need calculus for physics. Human physiology would be easiest of those three.

I found calculus to be much harder than the other two.

I guess take the class that you feel would help you in your future career/degree
