Can you distinguish between my voice and someone else's when he's speaking to me, or when I'm watching TV?

For example, person A on TV says "I'm tired". Do you hear the voice of the person A, or do you hear my mind simply saying "I'm tired" when hearing it?

4th answerer, I think I get your answer, but it's not clear enough (sorry for the thumbs down).

Usualy it comes as more of an impression that I would not generaly be thinking about. I can hear the other person's voice if I have heard thier voice before. If not; it is more of a picture or a movie in my head or words that pop out in a strong sentence in my tone of voice.
