most joke/fancy dress shops have them.
I live in the Swansea area, there is a shop on the Parade in neath and a shop opposite the Quadrant gate pub, in Swansea, but down a few yards that do them!

Cardiff - dozens of shops on International days. Never seen any outside of that city though.
