Do you feel he was used as the Bush administration scapegoat to take the real attention off of Cheney, Rove, et al?

The only difference between him and the other politicos in Washington is that he had to go to trial. You don't get that high in the political world without having a few skeletons and back-door deals in your closet. I don't care what political party they are. They're all the same in that regard.
