I need links to lists of English verbs and nouns...?

Preferably downloadable, plain ASCII text files.

Dictionary.com is a great resource but unsuitable for what I'm trying to do. I'd prefer lists so that I can import these relatively easily into a database that I'm building, so that I can then use the verbs in a combobox in a database-driven application I'm coding.
